ALL ROADS LEAD TO BOONE, NC

THE NC STATE IDPA CHAMPIONSHIP!
US Highways 221, 321, & 421
Boone is located in the northwestern corner of North
Carolina. Approximately 1 hour driving time from Elizabethton and
Johnson City, TN on US 321 South or from Hickory, NC on US 321 North.
Asheville, NC is under 2 hours driving time on Interstate 40 East, US
221 North, and NC Hwy. 105 North. Charlotte, NC is under 3 hours
driving time on US 321 North. Winston-Salem and Greensboro, NC are
under 3 hours driving time on Interstate 40 West and US 421 North.
Spartanburg, SC is under 3 hours driving time on Interstate 85 North,
US 221 North, and NC Hwy. 105 North. Highways 221, 321, and 421
all converge in downtown Boone. (King Street)

DIRECTIONS TO THE CLUB GROUNDS:
Watauga Gun Club is located outside the city limits of Boone off of NC
Hwy. 194 North. (Jefferson Rd on the map.)
From King Street, turn onto NC Hwy. 194 North at the traffic light.
Travel 2.9 miles to Castle Ford Road. (When you see the KOA campground
signs you're close.) Castle Ford Road forks off to the right in a curve.
Travel 1.6 miles to the Watauga Gun Club sign at Appaloosa Trail. (If
you cross a bridge on Castle Ford Road, you've gone too far.) Turn left
onto Appaloosa Trail. Parking for the match is immediately on the right
in the grassy field. Cross the foot-bridge to enter the range.

on the premises.
